Who we are
This website (grandoutlet.net, the “Site”) is operated by Grand Outlet, a discount retail store located at 9421 S Orange Blossom Trail, Suite #9, Orlando, FL 32837. We sell in store only; the Site does not process orders, payments or shipping, and it does not offer customer accounts.

Information you give us
Contact form and product inquiries
When you send a message through our contact form (or an “ask about this item” form on a product page) we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the reason for your message, an optional product reference, your message text and your preferred contact method. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, to keep a record of the conversation, and to improve how we answer common questions. Submissions are stored in our database and a copy is emailed to store staff.
Deal alerts
If you join our deal alerts we collect your first name, email address, an optional mobile number, and a record of the consent you gave (what you agreed to and when). We use this to send you Grand Outlet updates about deals, new arrivals and store news by email and, if you separately opted in, by text message. You can stop at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to a text, or emailing us at info@grandoutlet.net. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
Grand Guide chat assistant
Grand Guide is an AI-powered assistant that answers questions about our departments, recently listed products, current deals, hours, directions and published store policies. Conversations are logged (the messages you type, the assistant’s replies, an anonymous session identifier and any thumbs-up/down feedback) so that we can improve answers, spot questions we cannot yet answer, and monitor for misuse. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. Messages are processed by a third-party AI provider on our behalf (see “Service providers” below); the assistant cannot place orders, take payments or access your personal records.
Information collected automatically
Analytics
When enabled, we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and/or the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the Site: pages viewed, searches performed, buttons clicked (for example “Call” or “Get Directions”), approximate location, device and browser type. We also keep our own lightweight, aggregated event counts (event names such as product_view together with non-identifying parameters like a product identifier) to help us understand which departments and products are popular. We do not send message contents or form entries to analytics tools.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage entries:
- Strictly necessary — remembering your language preference, protecting forms from automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile), and keeping an anonymous chat session identifier so that a conversation with Grand Guide can continue across pages.
- Analytics and advertising — cookies set by Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or the Meta Pixel when those tools are enabled. These help us measure the Site and, in the case of the Meta Pixel, measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and adjust ad settings in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies may affect some Site features.
Server logs and security
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of access to keep the Site secure and reliable. We also apply rate limiting to public forms and the chat assistant, which uses your IP address for a short period.
Service providers
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Site. They only process information on our instructions and for the purposes described here:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Supabase — our database, where contact submissions, deal-alert signups, chat logs and product content are stored.
- Resend — sending confirmation and notification emails.
- Google — Google Analytics and Tag Manager (analytics), Google Maps (the embedded map and directions), Google Business Profile (the review and store information shown on the Site).
- Meta — the Meta Pixel (measurement) and the Instagram platform (the recent posts displayed on the Site come from our own Instagram account).
- Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on public forms.
- AI provider — the large-language-model service that powers Grand Guide processes chat messages in order to generate replies. Chat content is not used to identify you and is sent without your name, email or phone number unless you type them into the chat.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep information
- Contact submissions are kept while we work on your request and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can follow up on related questions.
- Deal-alert details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them; a record of your consent may be retained to show that we had permission to contact you.
- Chat logs and aggregated analytics events are kept for as long as they are useful for improving the assistant and the Site, and are periodically reviewed and pruned.
You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time (see “Your choices”).
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing, by emailing info@grandoutlet.net. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required.
Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our admin tools and bot protection on forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
The Site links to Google Maps, Instagram and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
